What you will be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound and Outbound Fibre Broadband Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both receiving incoming customer inquiries and making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our high-speed fibre broadband services. The role requires exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to our fibre broadband services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our fibre broadband plans, pricing, features, and benefits.
- Identify and understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Effectively manage and track customer interactions in our CRM system
- Ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Outbound Sales:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our fibre broadband services.
- Initiate engaging conversations, build rapport, and effectively communicate our services.
- Identify sales opportunities through lead generation and gather relevant information to customise sales pitches.
- Overcome objections and concerns by addressing customer doubts and positioning our offerings as solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound sales activities and sales outcomes.
Essential qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style to various customer personalities.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed.
- Time management skills to prioritise and manage multiple sales tasks efficiently.
