What you will be doing
One of our key missions is to give the people of Hull more of a choice - to do that we have opportunities open for experienced Field Sales Representatives. The Field Sales Representative's primary role will be to acquire new customers through visiting residential areas, generating sales though activity (door to door). We offer a competitive salary and industry leading commission structure. Please be aware that this position requires a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with the local community and making a lasting impression
- Visiting residential areas, generating sales and building rapport and lasting relationships
- Independently generating, managing and converting sales pipeline
- Promoting the Connexin brand through our culture code, mission and values
- Understand company’s products and values
- Attending events, stalls and pop ups on behalf of Connexin to drive sales
- OTE in excess of £38,000 (Uncapped), field mileage allowance also paid
Essential qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
- Ambitious, determined, and confident in your ability to speak to others
- Previous experience in face to face sales
- Outgoing with a great attitude, self disciplined and organised
- Commission and target driven is essential
- Must have full UK driving licence and access to own transport
